Good work is grown out of playfulness, a freedom from fear of mistakes, messy prototypes, multiple iterations, and doggedly asking “why?” As a team member, I strive for creative play, open communication, and organization.
I’m seeking moments where we come to a fluidity of ideas, encourage deep noticing, where we’re able to respond with a fuller range of our experiences and abilities. I want to better understanding what makes something successful, to know why it “gets under your skin.”
